The Dream

Eating at the Ice Cream Parlour with Kirsty is a dream come true!

Cozying up with the blanket dreaming about that special someone, which at the moment is my ex - time to move on?

The highlight of living in halls is when I hear one of my flatmates sing, wailing away to some Yellowcard song whilst he's blow drying his hair - oh yeah.

I've scanned away my registry document - fingers crossed the application for the bursary goes well!

Now i shall attempt to make this day a productive one.

Kids - Get Your Parents to Buy You Some Stocks

Best piece of advice I could ever give someone under 18 still living with their parents! I got money from my shares - this is a happy feeling when you're a student without an income. If I had the time to be in full employment I would. I hate spending money whilst not making any.

Practice today was nice and productive - we plan to play a set of 8 songs tomorrow - four covers and 4 of our own. amazing! Be there!

I Need $$

Well actually I'd prefer £, SEK, DKK or NOK, particularly the latter 3. I've been looking at summer jobs in the UK - and come to conclusion that it's not worth staying here if you want to make quick money - unless you get a dodgy sales job or become a prostitute. And since Denmark and Sweden have nothing online, I'm applying for loads of seasonal temporary jobs in Norway. Norweigans seem friendlier and a lot more relaxed about work, whereas in the UK it's work work work 'til you die, I'm you're boss, can't stop now! So going to do this after my classes today. Only problem is I have to be in the UK minimum two times preferably three between May-August - Beach House are playing 1 June in London, Kings and Coward will most likely be playing at a festival in Forres, Scotland end of July...

So, I've got plans for Saturday.

10:30 a phone call woke me up asking if I was free for Saturday. I said yes, and now I'm helping out with the service at a wedding reception at a hotel here in town! Yay! Maybe something to help pay off the cost of my future camera.

I feel a little sick just thinking about the amount of work that lies ahead, Accounting and Economics aren't the easiest subjects when it comes to revision... Doing as I plan is the only way I will succeed. I want to get it out of the way as soon as possible so I can relax.

I've created my own mess

Yesterday's skype chat with mom, brother and my dog Frigg (she was so confused)!

Ah! A little stressed. I'm practicing a couple of songs with Chris tomorrow, and we're doing Open Mic Night at the Union again. Then I'm hitting a massive cocktail party where everyone seems to be invited. Wouldn't miss it for the world! Which is why I need to do all my work today!

- Economics math test tomorrow
- Financial accounting assessment on Friday
- Psychology report for Friday

I'm feeling super happy and friendly today despite the fact that I don't feel very well, people are sniffing their runny noses all over the place! Take an Advil, you're in heaven.
Plus you kind of get a kick out of seeing Kirsty rush into class all flustered and hung over.

Made a proper lunch today with beetroots, mushrooms, egg, and had to eat all 20 meatballs as they're going out of date today. Red onion is great when frying minced meat! (GYM-GYM-GYM-GYM)

Also stressing out about this bank contact (thank you, father) that I was unable to call yesterday, and who is in Dubai today and is not answering. Stress! Competition! I only want to be the best!

I've got such a nice bank!

Treated with respect and dignity, not like a little flimsy girl. I am pleased.
So, the Bank of Scotland peeps are really nice.
Somehow one half of my online account got lost in the post.
I summoned strength today to see what all the fuss was about.
They were very kind, a lady, then a man, apologised for keeping me waiting 5 seconds and then told me what I needed to know. I deposited an embarrassing £20 amount into my account in order to activate it.. the guy was really nice, he too apologised and wished me a great day and a good time (maybe a little weird to be this nice).

This is where you should go if you want a nice bank. Nothing like my personal banker at Lloyds that kept accusing me for being elusive and "it seems like you don't want to be here."

blä

Lizzie's T from Carnaby Street, Primark necklace, MJ watch, AA skirt.

I feel sick. Now I'm off to Ketchup, having dinner with the girls. Then we're moving on to Social, hopefully I'll be presentable enough to hand in my CV.

brand new bright eyes.

Googly eyes and shiny freshness.

I went to Overgate shopping centre to sort my life out.
Came back with a pair of spectacles my daddy sent from
the land of Små Grodorna.
Money was spent on a brand new phone, it is shiny and it was cheap.
Do I want to sweat myself indescent in the form of volleyball practice? Yes. Going at 6:30 today.
