Piano Walking

Yesterday I celebrated moving out of the flat, with new better pastures (properties) ahead..
We snuck into McDaniels, the yellow Chesterfield couches have appealed to me on many a passing, so I was happy to finally step inside and take a seat!

Dan got a job, so we took the opportunity to celebrate in an empty flat!
Which meant I was cleaning the kitchen at 6am in the morning...

Today we carried the piano from my old house to Kirsty's new one. A five minute walk, add on a piano, equals an hour and a half walk!

Now I'm out of the house and onto the Blues Bonanza Festival that starts tonight and is on this weekend, see you out there!

Aberdeen & Inverness

Wednesday's Aberdeen
After having been stuck on a train for 2.5 hours on a ride that should be 1 hour, it was nice to see cute garden gnomes and Victoria Park

Lounger Dave
Path to Pizza
On our way to Dave's for pre-drinks, river-pose
Champagne bubbles
On our way to Brew Dog
Great scenery on the way!
Dan had to be rather patient...
Lion break!
In town!

In Brew Dog playing who's there!
Trashy Blonde
Then we went to two clubs, one trendy, another called Origin, they looked the same to me!
Thursday
After a breif night's sleep, we went to a closed funfair...
but an open arcade, played a 2 pence game for an hour...
Minty
Then I said tata to Dan and hello to Inverness!
Here at Leakey's bookshop/ café
The river, had dinner at The Kitchen on the other side
The den
Keep going! onto another bar!
Hootamany's
Rock n' roll!
Until we got kicked out and had to walk home!

Great to discover Scotland when everything's tiny,
no distances to travel, but new places to see!

Rock It

D-izz-uka! Dan, Izzy and Annuka (join us on facebook!!)

I love Dizzuka!

Enterprise Gym is going well, our idea is fun, studying is not going awesomely with this much music and extracurricular on my plate.

Wipe Out Festival this Thursday was amazing! Dizzuka, we made our debut on stage, good vibes from the crowd, great feedback afterwards!

Kings and Cowards managed to rock it without Chris, the father and rhythm guitarist of the band, I am impressed with our skilled, headbanging like no tomorrow and got hats, sunglasses and a sweater thrown on stage (albeit from familiar faces)!!

Here are pics from the festival:

Kings and Cowards with Frankenbride!

Now I'm off to party again with Annukababe :-D
If every night is this epic, I don't know how Halloween will live up to it! :-D
