Gastronomy and Psychedelia

This evening Annuka and I had a splendid meal a Parlour, where everything is made fresh from scratch. Fabulous. Spinach lasagne with butternut squash, garlic bread and various salads was what I devoured, along with a lemon drizzle cupcake. I don't like being at home because when I am all I mostly eat is simple sandwiches, and evading the daily routine, there is no better form of escapism than wonderful food. Alcohol makes boring things fun, and I'm starting to depreciate this distortion.
So it was all water and spinning around with a discoball attached to a cable at this night's DUBS with a Psychedelic theme. I was attempting Jefferson Airplane tones throughout.

At Parlour, Annuka and her pesto tomato soup:

Delayed crunchy psychedelic vocals through the amp:

I brought my tambourine and hurt my wrist, but I wasn't topless like the chick in Dandy Warhols!

Rejects' Party

Yesterday's party was a bang, Melissa, Annuka's bff from Geneva was here, it's cool to meet people that you've met before (in Geneva) that others in the group haven't, then you feel privileged. It wasn't so much of a rejects' party, and I am fairly sure I counted 6 singles morphing into 3 couples. It was a good Monday that's for sure.

Melody came out with me!
French people shadowing me

I borrowed Annuka's perfume, why do you think I am wearing a hat?
More gangster moves on Annuka's behalf
Then Melody and I walked home
I bypassed the Bakery, Melody bought a panini.

A Good Night

Yesterday was rather fun. Annuka and I went speed-dating,
it is sort of packed with the group of people that you expect...
Although we met two Dundonian postmen who are really cool!
Then we saw Chevalier partake in talk show-style Blind Dating!
The chick chose number 1 instead.
Then we went to Pete's house party.
Good whisky to clear my throat.
It was a lot of fun!
Musical jamming, circus-dancing, creativity flowing.
But I was annoyed when surfing was a no-go today, wanted to get out there!

Now let's do some work!
Check it:

The speed-dating venue, only 3 minutes per person thankfully,
but about 45 minutes with the first one due to disorganisation
Blind dating
Walking up hills/going to parties

Party was a circus!

Real

Being real involves awkwardness as well (I'm not sure).
It's hard to exuberate confidence to some one, two, three people.
Otherwise it's fine. Let's make it fine all the time. It's what I'll work on.

My calendar is full (literally scribbles everywhere),
I am stressed and tired, revising on the first day.
Early starts every day.

Here's Geneva on a platter:
